  • Dehydrate at 125 degrees for 6 hours – Dehydrate the spinach for 6 hours or until dehydrated and brittle.

Not everyone has a food dehydrator in their homes. Food dehydrators may be a little costly and take up a lot of space in the kitchen. Oven drying is an alternative way for dehydrating spinach without the need for a food dehydrator. Since the temperature is higher, dehydration time will be quicker. Dehydrate for 2-3 hours or until brittle.
