Tremella Mushroom Powder Dosage
Dosage of Tremella mushroom powder:
- 1-3g daily with a minimum half an hour interval after eating; stir in about 1dcl of water and drink (1 level teaspoon = 2g of powder)
- We recommend using it 5 days a week and skipping it for 2 days
- Taking on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal)
- We recommend increasing your vitamin C intake which increases the absorption of active substances when using medicinal mushrooms. For example, in the form of a jujube powder.
